Average Delivery Times

Once an order is placed, Riley Vancouver typically requires 1–3 business days for processing. Orders placed Monday through Thursday are generally processed within one business day. Orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may take a little longer.

After processing, your order will be shipped. Delivery usually takes 6–11 business days, depending on your location. Our customer service team is always available if you have any questions about your delivery.

Go to the product page and click the "Add to Cart" button. Make sure you have selected the correct variant (size, color, etc.). Click "Proceed to Checkout." Enter your full and correct address details — incomplete or incorrect details may cause delays. On the shipping page, please review your details again before proceeding to payment.

Shipping Costs
First delivery is free — Riley Vancouver covers the shipping costs to your doorstep. Returns are not free. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs as outlined in our return and refund policies.
